Following an initial consultation Eva will create a tailor made fitness programme based on your aims and requirements to help you keep fit and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Course of 10 '1 hour' sessions         £550
Course of 20 '1 hour' sessions         £1000
Course of 40 '1 hour' sessions         £1950
